Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients (makes about 16 1” bites)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 3 tablespoons unflavored protein powder

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Roll into 1” balls.

They make a great breakfast, snack, or dessert, and can be kept in the fridge for 1 week!
