Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients (makes about 22 1” bites)
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll into 1” balls.
They make a great breakfast, snack, or dessert, and can be kept in the fridge for 1 week!
